Parlour Songs is a unique collection of the songs we used to sing at parties years ago. It comes from the word that was used to describe ‘the good room’ or the sitting room which we tended to use only to entertain guests, host ‘get-togethers’ and celebrate religious festivals. Inevitably singing would start and go on into the early hours with everyone being called on in turn to sing their party-piece.
A subscription is an arrangement that grants you permission to stream all ten 40-minute Parlour Songs programmes for a period of time (12 months) for an annual fee. You will become a member of the Parlour Songs community and be entitled to watch all the programmes that are published to the site.
After that you can renew for another year to allow you to continue streaming them, again upon payment of the renewal fee. When you hit the Subscribe button you will be asked for your name, email address, to create a secure password for yourself before deciding on a membership level.
There are two membership levels: Standard Membership costs €59.95 and Group membership costs €179.95. If you are joining as a Nursing Home/Day Care Centre you should select Group Membership. If you have a Discount Code you may apply it when paying.
